### sec.115 Theatrical ordnance suppliers to be licensed
Subject to this Act, a person must not supply or have possession for the purpose of supply of any replica of a weapon in the production of a theatrical, motion picture or television production without first obtaining a theatrical ordnance supplier’s licence.
Maximum penalty—120 penalty units.
Subsection (1) does not apply to a person not disqualified from holding a theatrical ordnance supplier’s licence whilst acting as an agent or employee of a licensed theatrical ordnance supplier.
