### sec.110 Responsibilities of person attending an approved range
A person attending an approved range must not possess or use a weapon at the range unless the possession or use—
is authorised under—
a licence issued to the person; or
section 52 ; or
section 53 ; and
is permitted by the range officer; and
complies with the conditions on which the range was approved, including, for example, that it is a weapon of a category for which the range was approved.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
A person attending an approved range must not use a weapon at the range in a way that is likely to cause death or injury to a person or unlawful destruction of, or damage to, property.

A person attending an approved range must comply with a direction by a range officer for the range given for the purposes of this Act or safety reasons, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —20 penalty units.
