### sec.103 Conditions to apply to approval
If an authorised officer grants the approval, the authorised officer may impose conditions applying to the approval.
The authorised officer may impose conditions about—
the location, construction, equipment and maintenance of the range; and
matters prescribed by regulation.
In imposing conditions, the authorised officer must have regard to the need to protect persons from death or injury and property from unlawful destruction or damage.
The conditions must be specified in the approval or by written notice given to the applicant.

(sec.103-ssec.1) If an authorised officer grants the approval, the authorised officer may impose conditions applying to the approval.
