### sec.99A Amendment of drinking water quality management plan—agreement A drinking water service provider may, with the regulator’s agreement, amend the provider’s approved drinking water quality management plan if the amendment— is only to correct a minor error in the plan or make another change that is not a change of substance; or is to record a change of name or change of ownership of the provider.
