### sec.679 Saving of former s 110 in relation to failure to give drinking water quality management plan audit report before commencement This section applies if, before the commencement, a service provider failed to give the regulator a drinking water quality management plan audit report under former section 108(1)(c). Former section 110(1)(b) continues to apply in relation to a spot audit report about the plan as if the Water Legislation Amendment Act 2023 had not been enacted. s 679 ins 2023 No. 24 s 73 (sec.679-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, a service provider failed to give the regulator a drinking water quality management plan audit report under former section 108(1)(c).
