### sec.674 Application of s 352K for emergency action plans given to chief executive before commencement This section applies to an emergency action plan given to the chief executive under previous chapter 4, part 1, division 2A if, immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not decided to approve or refuse to approve the plan under previous section 352I. For section 352K(4), the plan is taken to have been given to the chief executive on the commencement.
