### sec.654 Continuation of strategic asset management plan This section applies if, immediately before the changeover day, the outgoing service provider has a strategic asset management plan for the water service. From the changeover day— the plan becomes the incoming service provider’s strategic asset management plan; and the notice of the approval of the plan given to the outgoing service provider under section 74(1) is taken to apply to the incoming service provider. s 654 ins 2013 No. 23 s 350 (sec.654-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the changeover day, the outgoing service provider has a strategic asset management plan for the water service.
