### sec.609 Existing trade waste approvals This section applies to each of the following approvals (a Water Act approval ), in force immediately before the commencement of this section— a trade waste approval given under previous section 469; an approval taken to be a trade waste approval under the Water Act, section 1048B. On the commencement— the approval is taken to be a trade waste approval granted under section 180; and any conditions applying to the Water Act approval continue to apply. (sec.609-ssec.1) This section applies to each of the following approvals (a Water Act approval ), in force immediately before the commencement of this section— a trade waste approval given under previous section 469; an approval taken to be a trade waste approval under the Water Act, section 1048B.
