### sec.578A Chief executive may prepare and publish comparative reports The chief executive may prepare and publish a report (a comparative report ) about 2 or more relevant service providers that includes the following information about the providers— compliance actions; investigations; progress on any improvement plans; data in a drinking water service annual report or performance report. The chief executive may use the information mentioned in subsection (1) and any other information to analyse performance of the providers and prepare the comparative report.
