### sec.572 Chief executive may make guidelines The chief executive may make guidelines to provide guidance to persons about any of the following— preparing a water efficiency management plan; failure impact assessment of water dams; applying safety conditions to a referable dam; managing a referable dam; flood capacity of dams; another matter relating to the administration of this Act. s 572 amd 2009 No. 46 s 147 ; 2010 No. 20 s 172 - (a) preparing a water efficiency management plan; - (b) failure impact assessment of water dams; - (c) applying safety conditions to a referable dam; - (d) managing a referable dam; - (e) flood capacity of dams; - (f) another matter relating to the administration of this Act.
