### sec.561 Particular applications for relevant operational work This section applies to— an application for a development approval for relevant operational work; or a change application, other than a minor change application, to change a development approval that already approves relevant operational work; or a change application, other than a minor change application, to change a development approval— to approve relevant operational work; and that does not already approve relevant operational work. The application must be supported by evidence that the chief executive has accepted a failure impact assessment of the dam or proposed dam to which the relevant operational work relates. In this section— change application means a change application under the Planning Act . minor change application means a change application for a minor change to a development approval, as defined in the Planning Act . s 561 amd 2009 No. 36 s 872 sch 2 ; 2010 No. 20 s 170 ; 2012 No. 29 s 35 ; 2012 No. 34 s 131 sub 2016 No. 27 s 692 (sec.561-ssec.1) This section applies to— an application for a development approval for relevant operational work; or a change application, other than a minor change application, to change a development approval that already approves relevant operational work; or a change application, other than a minor change application, to change a development approval— to approve relevant operational work; and that does not already approve relevant operational work.
