### sec.56 Reporting under water efficiency management plan
A customer to whom an approved water efficiency management plan applies must give the water service provider a written report each year advising—
the extent to which the plan has been implemented; and
the water savings and efficiencies achieved by implementing the plan; and
any change of circumstances in relation to the matters mentioned in section 57 (1) (a) .
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
The report must be given within 10 business days after the anniversary day for the plan.
The chief executive may at any time ask a water service provider to give the chief executive—
a copy of an approved water efficiency management plan; or
information about a plan that has not yet been approved; or
a report summarising progress by the water service provider’s customers in achieving water savings and efficiencies.
The water service provider must comply with the request within 20 business days.
Maximum penalty for subsection (4) —100 penalty units.
