### sec.528 Decision by authority
The authority must give a written decision in an arbitration on the dispute.
When making the decision, the authority must give the parties its reasons for making the decision.
However, the authority is not required to make a decision if it ends the arbitration and the authority is satisfied—
the giving of the dispute notice was vexatious; or
the subject matter of the dispute is trivial, misconceived or lacking in substance.
(sec.528-ssec.1) The authority must give a written decision in an arbitration on the dispute.
