### sec.522 Powers of court on appeal
In deciding an appeal, the court may—
confirm the review decision appealed against; or
set aside the review decision and substitute another decision; or
send the matter back to the reviewer and give the directions the court considers appropriate.
If the court substitutes another decision, the substituted decision is, for the purposes of this Act, other than this part, taken to be the review decision.
(sec.522-ssec.1) In deciding an appeal, the court may— confirm the review decision appealed against; or set aside the review decision and substitute another decision; or send the matter back to the reviewer and give the directions the court considers appropriate.
(sec.522-ssec.2) If the court substitutes another decision, the substituted decision is, for the purposes of this Act, other than this part, taken to be the review decision.

- (c) send the matter back to the reviewer and give the directions the court considers appropriate.
