### sec.513 Requirements for making internal review application An internal review application must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by a statement of the grounds on which the applicant seeks the review of the decision; and supported by enough information to enable the reviewer to decide the application; and made within 30 business days after the day the applicant is given an information notice about the decision to which the application relates or a compliance notice. However, the reviewer may, at any time, extend the time for making an internal review application. On or before making the internal review application, the applicant must send the following documents to any other person who was given an information notice about the original decision— notice of the application (the submitter notice ); a copy of the application and supporting documents.
