### sec.510 Who is an interested person An interested person for this chapter is— a person who has been given an information notice or a compliance notice by the chief executive, or an authorised officer appointed by the chief executive; or a person who has been given an information notice or a compliance notice by the regulator, or an authorised officer appointed by the regulator; or a person who has been given an information notice by a service provider. The decision or action for which a notice was given under subsection (1) is an original decision . s 510 amd 2010 No. 20 s 167 (sec.510-ssec.1) An interested person for this chapter is— a person who has been given an information notice or a compliance notice by the chief executive, or an authorised officer appointed by the chief executive; or a person who has been given an information notice or a compliance notice by the regulator, or an authorised officer appointed by the regulator; or a person who has been given an information notice by a service provider. (sec.510-ssec.2) The decision or action for which a notice was given under subsection (1) is an original decision . - (a) a person who has been given an information notice or a compliance notice by the chief executive, or an authorised officer appointed by the chief executive; or - (b) a person who has been given an information notice or a compliance notice by the regulator, or an authorised officer appointed by the regulator; or - (c) a person who has been given an information notice by a service provider.
