### sec.476 Proceeding started in a representative capacity
A proceeding for an enforcement order may be started by a person on behalf of an entity with the entity’s consent.
If the entity on whose behalf the proceeding is started is an unincorporated body, the body’s committee or other controlling or governing body must give the consent.
The entity on whose behalf the proceeding is started may contribute to, or pay, the legal costs incurred by the person starting the proceeding.
