### sec.410 Power to enter land to monitor compliance
An authorised officer may, at any reasonable time, enter land to find out if—
the Planning Act is being complied with in relation to a development condition; or
a drinking water quality management plan or a recycled water management plan, or the conditions of the plans, are being complied with; or
a notice given to a drinking water service provider under section 630 (2) is being complied with.

- (a) the Planning Act is being complied with in relation to a development condition; or
