### sec.404 Issue of identity card The appointer must issue an identity card to each authorised officer. The identity card must— contain a recent photograph of the authorised officer; and contain a copy of the authorised officer’s signature; and identify the person as an authorised officer under this Act; and state an expiry date. This section does not prevent the giving of a single identity card to a person for this Act and other purposes. (sec.404-ssec.1) The appointer must issue an identity card to each authorised officer.
