### sec.400 Functions
An authorised officer has the following functions—
collecting information for this Act;
conducting investigations and inspections—
to monitor and enforce compliance with this Act, or the Planning Act so far as that Act relates to a development condition; and
to monitor the performance of a relevant service provider relating to its supply of a water or sewerage service.
