### sec.396 Chief executive must review safety requirements
This section applies if a temporary full supply level declared for a dam exceeds the full supply level stated in the resource operations licence under which the dam operates.
The chief executive must review any requirements about safety (the safety requirements ) applying to the dam under the safety conditions or flood mitigation manual for the dam.
The review must be conducted within—
1 month after the temporary full supply level is declared; or
if the Minister requires a shorter period in writing—the shorter period.

(sec.396-ssec.1) This section applies if a temporary full supply level declared for a dam exceeds the full supply level stated in the resource operations licence under which the dam operates.
(sec.396-ssec.2) The chief executive must review any requirements about safety (the safety requirements ) applying to the dam under the safety conditions or flood mitigation manual for the dam.
(sec.396-ssec.3) The review must be conducted within— 1 month after the temporary full supply level is declared; or if the Minister requires a shorter period in writing—the shorter period.
