### sec.363 Form of notice if imminent danger of dam failure
This section applies if the chief executive is satisfied, or reasonably believes—
there is imminent danger of the failure of a dam; and
immediate action is necessary to prevent or minimise the impact of the failure.
The chief executive may give a notice under section 359 (1) verbally or by leaving the notice on the land.
For giving notice under subsection (2) , it is sufficient to give the notice to an employee or agent of the owner or operator.

(sec.363-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive is satisfied, or reasonably believes— there is imminent danger of the failure of a dam; and immediate action is necessary to prevent or minimise the impact of the failure.
(sec.363-ssec.2) The chief executive may give a notice under section 359 (1) verbally or by leaving the notice on the land.
