### sec.352P Review by dam owner The owner of a referable dam must, before the review day each year— review the approved emergency action plan for the dam; and give the chief executive— a notice stating whether or not the owner proposes an amendment of the plan because of the review; and if the owner proposes an amendment—a copy of the plan including the proposed amendment. Maximum penalty—500 penalty units. For subsection (1) , the review day is— if, before 1 October in a year, the chief executive gives the owner written notice stating a day, not earlier than 30 business days after the notice is given, for compliance with subsection (1) in the year—the day stated in the notice; or otherwise—1 October.
