### sec.352N Dam owner must ensure particular individuals have access to plan The owner of a referable dam must— keep a copy of the approved emergency action plan for the dam; and make it available to an individual— who has a function under the plan; or who, under the plan, is named and required to be personally notified of a dam hazard event or emergency event.
