### sec.352L Refusal to approve plan
If the chief executive decides to refuse to approve the emergency action plan, the chief executive must give the owner of the dam—
an information notice about the decision; and
a notice directing the owner of the dam to prepare a new emergency action plan under subdivision 3 and give it to the chief executive within a stated period of at least 30 business days.
The owner of the dam must comply with the notice unless the owner has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—500 penalty units.

(sec.352L-ssec.1) If the chief executive decides to refuse to approve the emergency action plan, the chief executive must give the owner of the dam— an information notice about the decision; and a notice directing the owner of the dam to prepare a new emergency action plan under subdivision 3 and give it to the chief executive within a stated period of at least 30 business days.
