### sec.349 Decision about failure impact assessment The chief executive may decide to accept, reject or require a review of a failure impact assessment. However, before requiring a review of, or rejecting, the assessment, the chief executive may require the owner to give additional information about the assessment to assist the chief executive in deciding if the review or rejection is necessary. Without limiting subsection (2) , the chief executive may require the preparation of documents including a comprehensive report, by a registered professional engineer, on the design and operation of the dam.
