### sec.333 Requirement for certain entities to give information to scheme manager
This section applies for a multiple-entity recycled water scheme.
The scheme manager may, by notice, require a recycled water provider or other declared entity for the scheme to give the scheme manager, within a stated reasonable period, information the scheme manager reasonably requires to comply with the scheme manager’s obligations under this Act.
When making the requirement, the scheme manager must warn the recycled water provider or other declared entity it is an offence to fail to comply with the requirement unless the provider or entity has a reasonable excuse.
The recycled water provider, or the other declared entity, must comply with the requirement unless the provider or entity has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
If the recycled water provider, or the other declared entity, is an individual, it is a reasonable excuse for failing to comply with the requirement that giving the information might tend to incriminate the provider or entity.

(sec.333-ssec.1) This section applies for a multiple-entity recycled water scheme.
