### sec.316 Application of pt 9 This part applies if— there is a dispute between any or all of the parties to a multiple-entity recycled water scheme; and there is an approved recycled water management plan for the scheme; and a party to the dispute reasonably believes— the dispute is unresolved; and the dispute is likely to adversely affect public health or the continuity of operation of the scheme unless it is resolved. s 316 amd 2010 No. 53 s 226 ; 2014 No. 31 s 34 - (a) there is a dispute between any or all of the parties to a multiple-entity recycled water scheme; and - (b) there is an approved recycled water management plan for the scheme; and - (c) a party to the dispute reasonably believes— (i) the dispute is unresolved; and (ii) the dispute is likely to adversely affect public health or the continuity of operation of the scheme unless it is resolved. - (i) the dispute is unresolved; and - (ii) the dispute is likely to adversely affect public health or the continuity of operation of the scheme unless it is resolved. - (i) the dispute is unresolved; and - (ii) the dispute is likely to adversely affect public health or the continuity of operation of the scheme unless it is resolved.
