### sec.30 Operation of infrastructure by prescribed related entity This section applies to a service provider that is the prescribed related entity of the relevant infrastructure owner for a registered service of the service provider. To remove any doubt, it is declared that the service provider can operate the infrastructure for the service under this chapter as if it were the owner.
