### sec.27 Cancellation of registration if service provider stops supplying service
If the regulator receives a notice under section 26 (8) , the regulator must—
cancel the service provider’s registration as a service provider for the infrastructure and services to which the notice relates; and
give notice of the cancellation to—
the service provider; and
if the service provider was the prescribed related entity of the relevant infrastructure owner—the owner.

- (b) give notice of the cancellation to— (i) the service provider; and (ii) if the service provider was the prescribed related entity of the relevant infrastructure owner—the owner.
