### sec.207 When regulator must not approve recycled water management plan This section applies to a recycled water scheme if— recycled water is proposed to be supplied under the scheme to augment a supply of drinking water; and the supply of the recycled water is into a water storage of a drinking water service provider that, under chapter 2 , part 4 , division 1 , must have a drinking water quality management plan.
