### sec.196AB Registration application
An application to register a scheme mentioned in section 196AA must be—
made to the regulator in the approved form; and
supported by sufficient information to enable the regulator to register the scheme; and
accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
The regulator may require the relevant entity to give additional information about the application.
The regulator may require the information included in the application, or the additional information required under subsection (2) , to be verified by statutory declaration.

(sec.196AB-ssec.1) An application to register a scheme mentioned in section 196AA must be— made to the regulator in the approved form; and supported by sufficient information to enable the regulator to register the scheme; and accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(sec.196AB-ssec.2) The regulator may require the relevant entity to give additional information about the application.
