### sec.190 Supplying unauthorised services An entity must not supply a sewerage or water service unless the entity— is a service provider for the service; or is operating infrastructure for the service provider for the service. Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units. This provision is an executive liability provision—see section 487 . s 190 amd 2013 No. 23 s 343 ; 2013 No. 51 s 229 sch 1 - (a) is a service provider for the service; or - (b) is operating infrastructure for the service provider for the service.
