A sewerage service provider may suspend or cancel a trade waste approval or seepage water approval (the proposed action ) if the sewerage service provider is satisfied—
the approval holder has contravened a condition of the approval; or

the approval is no longer appropriate because—
for a trade waste approval—the circumstances under which trade wastes are generated by the holder have significantly changed since the approval was given; or
for a seepage water approval—there is no longer any seepage water to discharge into the provider’s sewerage infrastructure; or
urgent action is necessary in the interests of public health or safety to prevent environmental harm or prevent damage to the sewerage service provider’s sewerage system.
