### sec.173 Deemed consent or approval for water approvals For sections 191 , 192 , 193 and 195 — the distributor-retailer is taken to have given the person a written consent or written approval for the connection; and a condition of the approval under the 2009 restructuring Act is taken to be a condition of the written consent or written approval under this Act. However, for an approval for a staged water connection, the distributor-retailer is only taken to have given the person written consent or written approval for the stage of the approval mentioned in section 172 (b) . s 173 ins 2014 No. 16 s 41 (sec.173-ssec.1) For sections 191 , 192 , 193 and 195 — the distributor-retailer is taken to have given the person a written consent or written approval for the connection; and a condition of the approval under the 2009 restructuring Act is taken to be a condition of the written consent or written approval under this Act.
