### sec.120 Reviewing customer service standard
The service provider must review the customer service standard at least every 5 years.
If, because of the review, the service provider changes the standard, the service provider must comply with section 115 .
For subsection (2) , section 115 applies as if the 6-month period mentioned in section 115 (4) were 6 months after the completion of the review.

(sec.120-ssec.1) The service provider must review the customer service standard at least every 5 years.
(sec.120-ssec.2) If, because of the review, the service provider changes the standard, the service provider must comply with section 115 .
(sec.120-ssec.3) For subsection (2) , section 115 applies as if the 6-month period mentioned in section 115 (4) were 6 months after the completion of the review.
