### sec.107 Changing plans following review
Subsection (2) applies if a review of a drinking water quality management plan indicates the plan needs to be changed to reflect changes to the operation of the water service provided by the service provider.
Within 30 business days after the review ends, the service provider must—
amend the drinking water quality management plan to reflect the changes to the operation of the water service; and
apply to the regulator for approval of the amended plan.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
The amended drinking water quality management plan must indicate the way the plan has been amended.
Sections 95 (2) and (3) , and 96 to 99 apply to the application for approval of the amended drinking water quality management plan and the amended plan—
as if a reference in the sections to the drinking water quality management plan were a reference to the amended drinking water quality management plan; and
as if a reference in the sections to the plan were a reference to the amended plan.
