### sec.107 Changing plans following review Subsection (2) applies if a review of a drinking water quality management plan indicates the plan needs to be changed to reflect changes to the operation of the water service provided by the service provider. Within 30 business days after the review ends, the service provider must— amend the drinking water quality management plan to reflect the changes to the operation of the water service; and apply to the regulator for approval of the amended plan. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. The amended drinking water quality management plan must indicate the way the plan has been amended.
