#### 32A False or misleading information or documents A person must not provide information or a document with an application for registration of a WELS product if the person knows, or is reckless as to whether, the information or document is false or misleading in a material particular. Civil penalty: 60 penalty units. > Note: Part 7.4 of the Criminal Code provides offences in relation to false or misleading statements.
