### sec.994 Exemption from drainage rates Despite section 993 , the regulation can not make and levy drainage rates for the following land— unoccupied State land; unallocated State land reserved for a public purpose; land occupied by the State, other than land leased by the State from a person; land prescribed under the regulation for this section. - (a) unoccupied State land; - (b) unallocated State land reserved for a public purpose; - (c) land occupied by the State, other than land leased by the State from a person; - (d) land prescribed under the regulation for this section.
