### sec.992 When compensation is payable If compensation is payable under this part, the compensation must be paid within 30 business days after— the last day an appeal could be made against the chief executive’s decision about the payment of compensation; or if an appeal is made—within 30 business days after the day the appeal is decided. - (a) the last day an appeal could be made against the chief executive’s decision about the payment of compensation; or - (b) if an appeal is made—within 30 business days after the day the appeal is decided.
