### sec.986H Regulation-making power A regulation may prescribe— the basis on which a change mentioned in section 986A (1) (b) is to be worked out; and the basis on which compensation for the decreased value of water access entitlements is to be worked out; and the way compensation under this part is to be paid. s 986H ins 2011 No. 31 s 393 - (a) the basis on which a change mentioned in section 986A (1) (b) is to be worked out; and - (b) the basis on which compensation for the decreased value of water access entitlements is to be worked out; and - (c) the way compensation under this part is to be paid.
