### sec.984 Definitions for pt 3 In this part— change , for a water allocation, means a change to a water plan relating to the allocation. s 984 def change amd 2014 No. 64 s 254 sch 1 designated plan means any of the following or any replacement of the following— Water Plan (Border Rivers) 2003 ; Water Plan (Condamine and Balonne) 2004 ; Water Plan (Moonie) 2003 ; Water Plan (Warrego, Paroo, Bulloo and Nebine) 2003 . s 984 def designated plan ins 2011 No. 31 s 390 sub 2014 No. 64 s 254 sch 1 environmental update purpose means the purpose of providing additional water to the environment because of new scientific knowledge demonstrating the amount previously allocated to the environment is inadequate. s 984 def environmental update purpose ins 2011 No. 31 s 390 interim water resource plan see the Water Act 2007 (Cwlth) , section 242 . s 984 def interim water resource plan ins 2011 No. 31 s 390 owner , of a water allocation, means a registered owner of the allocation at the time a change to a water plan is made. s 984 def owner amd 2014 No. 64 s 254 sch 1 prescribed area plan see section 986A (1) (a) (iii) and (iv) . s 984 def prescribed area plan ins 2011 No. 31 s 390 relevant reduction means a reduction in the maximum long-term annual average quantities of water that can be taken on a sustainable basis from the water resources, or particular parts of the water resources, for the plan area of a plan mentioned in section 986A (1) (a) . s 984 def relevant reduction ins 2011 No. 31 s 390 replacement , for a provision about a water plan (the original ), means a plan of the same type as the original that is the first or a later replacement, with or without changes, of the original. s 984 def replacement ins 2011 No. 31 s 390 amd 2014 No. 64 s 254 sch 1 water access entitlement means— a water allocation; or another authority prescribed under a regulation to take water. s 984 def water access entitlement ins 2011 No. 31 s 390 - (a) Water Plan (Border Rivers) 2003 ; - (b) Water Plan (Condamine and Balonne) 2004 ; - (c) Water Plan (Moonie) 2003 ; - (d) Water Plan (Warrego, Paroo, Bulloo and Nebine) 2003 . - (a) a water allocation; or - (b) another authority prescribed under a regulation to take water.
