### sec.983C Giving show cause notice about proposed amendment of water bore driller’s licence Subsection (2) applies if the chief executive is satisfied the licence holder is no longer competent to carry out water bore drilling activities authorised by the licence. The chief executive must give the holder a show cause notice as to why the licence should not be amended in the way stated in the notice. s 983C ins 2014 No. 64 s 179 (sec.983C-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if the chief executive is satisfied the licence holder is no longer competent to carry out water bore drilling activities authorised by the licence. (sec.983C-ssec.2) The chief executive must give the holder a show cause notice as to why the licence should not be amended in the way stated in the notice.
