### sec.98 Resource activities
A person may interfere with the flow of water by diversion if—
the interference is a diversion of a watercourse and is associated with a resource activity; and
the impacts of the interference were assessed as part of a grant of an environmental authority for the resource activity; and
the environmental authority was granted with a condition about the diversion of the watercourse.

(sec.98-ssec.1) A person may interfere with the flow of water by diversion if— the interference is a diversion of a watercourse and is associated with a resource activity; and the impacts of the interference were assessed as part of a grant of an environmental authority for the resource activity; and the environmental authority was granted with a condition about the diversion of the watercourse.
