### sec.973 Appointment and qualifications of measurement contractors The chief executive may appoint a person as a measurement contractor. The chief executive may appoint a person as a measurement contractor only if, in the chief executive’s opinion, the person has the necessary expertise or experience to be a measurement contractor. s 973 sub 2003 No. 25 s 131 amd 2023 No. 24 s 50 (sec.973-ssec.1) The chief executive may appoint a person as a measurement contractor.
