### sec.933 Proceeding brought in a representative capacity A proceeding under section 932 (1) may be brought by the person on their own behalf or in a representative capacity. However, if the proceeding is brought in a representative capacity, 1 of the following consents must be obtained— if the proceeding is brought on behalf of a body of persons or a corporation—the members of the governing body; if the proceeding is brought on behalf of an individual—the individual.
