### sec.920 Appointments and authority It is not necessary to prove— the chief executive’s appointment; or an authorised officer’s appointment; or the authority of the chief executive or an authorised officer to do anything under this Act. s 920 amd 2008 No. 34 s 731 - (a) the chief executive’s appointment; or - (b) an authorised officer’s appointment; or - (c) the authority of the chief executive or an authorised officer to do anything under this Act.
