### sec.862 Who may apply for internal review An interested person may apply for a review (an internal review ) of an original decision mentioned in— section 851 (1) —to the chief executive (the reviewer ); or section 851 (3) —to the chief executive officer of the category 2 water authority (also the reviewer ).
