### sec.819 False or misleading advertising A person must not, in relation to water bore drilling activities— advertise in a way that is false or misleading in a material particular; or advertise or hold himself or herself out as willing to undertake water bore drilling activities of a kind for which the person is not licensed. Maximum penalty—500 penalty units. - (a) advertise in a way that is false or misleading in a material particular; or - (b) advertise or hold himself or herself out as willing to undertake water bore drilling activities of a kind for which the person is not licensed.
