### sec.779 General requirements for show cause notices
A show cause notice must state the following—
the proposed action;
the grounds for the proposed action;
the facts and circumstances forming the basis for the grounds;
that a submission may be made about the show cause notice;
how the submission may be made;
where the submission may be made or sent;
a day and time within which the submission must be made.
The day stated in the notice must be, or must end, at least 15 business days after the notice is given.
